Rick Callahan and Kendra Senn, Founders of Workplace Healthy Heart are experts in instilling a culture of health and wellness into organizations. They co-founded Workplace Healthy Heart based on years of research to determine what was currently missing from most corporate wellness programs. They integrated these missing links into their holistic health model. Their approach includes onsite high-touch individual and team health motivation, coaching and targeted wellness programs which help individuals achieve exceptional results in weight loss, fitness, morale, and camaraderie.

Both Rick and Kendra are trained by experts not only in the wellness industry but also in the culture-shaping industry. Rick brings over eight years experience in personal health and inspirational wellness coaching to executives and groups. He had developed a series of successful wellness camps before entering the corporate wellness Arena. Kendra was raised with a deep understanding of culture through her father, Chairman/founder of Senn Delaney. She developed a passion for health and fitness and pursued that in her education at the University of Southern California both in the Marshall School of Business and Keck School of Medicine in Nutrition and Health Promotion.
