Dana Borowka has over 25 years experience in the area of business consulting, helping organizations both nationally and internationally in raising the hiring bar by “bringing effective insight” to organizations through using work style and in-depth personality assessments. Dana is a nationally recognized speaker on this topic and has built a well-recognized organization that provides expert interpretation of in-depth personality assessments during the hiring process, providing stress management workshops and assisting those with communication challenges. He is the author of the book, “Cracking the Personality Code”.


Francesco Barbera is a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and private financing transactions.  Trained at Harvard Law School, Francesco has represented private equity and venture capital funds in the acquisition, disposition, financing and operations of portfolio companies.  Francesco is also a lifelong student of management, psychology, and entrepreneurship and he presently is engaged in post-graduate studies in the psychology of peak performance.

Will Wengert, is an expert in Innovation-including Sustaining, Complementary and Disruptive Innovation Practices. Alan Hutner is a multi-media developer/producer/consultant and show host, as well as the Communications Partner for Genius Stone Partners. He had a distinguished career as a Corporate Financial & Business Executive for a multinational pharmaceutical and wellness company with sales over a billion dollars annually when he left. He has consulted with start-ups, raised capital and helped develop business and marketing plans. He left his corporate career to engage the journey of “Self-discovery” and has studied with some of the great consciousness and spiritual masters of our time.  Alan has blended a unique combination of business acumen and philosophical understandings of life, into his own multi-media firm, Alan Hutner Consulting, and now leads The TransitionsMedia team, including hosting and producing the Transitions Radio Magazine (TRM) show. He now also hosts, Genius Stone Dialogues. Alan is also a writer, workshop facilitator, activist and new paradigm visionary, devoted to the art of living in love and truth.
