QUARTERLY SUCCESS STORIES, AFTER ACTION DEBRIEFS, AND PLANNING
The leadership teams will gather quarterly to understand the nature of each success with the purpose of sharing successful strategies and finding even better ways to improve the energy and performance of their organizations. As part of these meetings, both personal and professional development will be facilitated. The performance of the leaders and their organizations will be the platform for learning. Each individual and organization debriefs for possible improvement after every action, no matter how small.
