Knowing that an individual or a company cannot create something that they are are not able to conceive, Genius Stone will require that every company, team and business activity will have a clear vision to guide all efforts, a mission that will describe what it will look like when we get there, and a world class strategy that will provide a road map for our teams and position our companies to be thought leaders in their markets.

QUARTERLY SUCCESS STORIES, AFTER ACTION DEBRIEFS, AND PLANNING
The leadership teams will gather quarterly to understand the nature of each success with the purpose of sharing successful strategies and finding even better ways to improve the energy and performance of their organizations. As part of these meetings, both personal and professional development will be facilitated. The performance of the leaders and their organizations will be the platform for learning. Each individual and organization debriefs for possible improvement after every action, no matter how small.
